I had called another plumber who we used before Apex Plumbing, paid to get a quote and never got it after 2 weeks. I then called Josh Rooter on a Monday, they came on Tuesday and completed everything that day. We even needed to order a new toilet and they went to pick it up. Josh and Charles were awesome and professional. They will be our new plumbers going forward.

This was one of the best home repair experiences I’ve had. In short, Josh did exactly what he said he would, for the price he specified, in record time. He could not have been nicer and he didn’t even make fun of my ridiculous DIY attempt at pipe triage. He came to my home to provide a written estimate approximately one hour after I contacted him. His price was extremely reasonable, and he fit my relatively small job of replacing a leaking pipe into his very busy schedule (e.g. fixing the multitude of problems that come with subarctic weather). The job was done a day later and the final cost was exactly what was specified in his estimate. The new pipe is beautiful and he left my basement cleaner than how he found it. I would highly recommend Josh for any plumbing services.
